Here is the e-book that the students in Room 8 have made. It was made for our buddy class of 5 year olds to tell them about animals that we saw on out zoo trip.

The Hat Sale
A boy went to a hat shop and he tried to find a hat and it was hard for him. He tried a gold fish hat, a cactus hat and he found a…
I like it because of all the different hats.
It would be good for 1 to 4 year olds.

The Dumbest Crook Book
It’s a really funny book with crooks running into jail and smashing into trees. It would be suitable for 7-11 year olds.
Have you heard of crooks stealing a TV and then going back for the remote? Or calling a psychic hotline and then the bill going to the owner and having his full name, and a robber who fainted when the shop owner said he had no money.
If it can get me laughing it will crack you up.

My 2014 book review
Title : Spy Dog Superbrain
I thought the book was cool because I like spying and dogs. A gang of villainous teachers are plotting to make their school the best by... creating a secret formula and the final ingredient is the brain of a child. Read it !

Life as a Viking
I think this book is really good as you sail the seas raiding villages and stealing valuable treasures. People who are 9-12 years old would like this book. It is good to read because you get to choose your future in the story.

Will Solvit and the Deadly Gladiators
By Zed Storm
When Will Solvit’s grandfather built a tiny machine called morph he converts morph into a time machine then gets stuck in ancient Rome. This book would be suitable for boys interested in ancient Rome. From ages 9-12 and 8-14 for the other books. When you read this book you find out the ending of the story.
You will find this book in Manukau Library and Takapuna Library on the shelf at STR.
